Noise pollution, though sometimes severe, is one of the environmental topics that is discussed less frequently. I guess noise pollution can sometimes be a bit more difficult to control. Still, it would be wise for people to pay more attention to it.
There are two prongs in dealing with noise pollution. The first prong is handling it at the societal level, where large-scale projects take noise and their impact on people and the envinronment into account. Manufacturers can also design and produce machines that have more quiet motors and electronic components. The second prong in reducing noise pollution is precautionary measures that people can take to protect themselves, such as wearing ear protection in cases where there is a lot of noise pollution.
By having greater awareness of noise pollution, people can take more measures to address this important problem.
