Overhead transparency cleaner

At the end of the year, some my teachers collect up a lot of used overhead projector transparencies that need to be cleaned. I don't imagine it'll be too difficult to create a device to clean it for them; just some rolls, a motor, some water to pass it though and maybe a blower to dry it. That way, a teacher can just go to the copier room, load up a roll and come back an hour later for a fresh one.
