Emaling Copies of Messages To Yourself

It would be useful if more of the web-based email programs allowed people to automatically send themselves a copy of their internet messages whenever an email is sent.  Some desktop email clients also have this functionality.  This would help people save time from having to enter their own email address in the cc or bcc fields.
